This panel discussion hosted by University Career Services at UNC-Chapel Hill will delve into the challenges that leading companies face as they emerge from the worst phases of the CV19 pandemic and adapt to new sentiments and expectations from current and future employees about “what”, “where”, “when”, and “how” works gets done – and “who” does it. Come join us for an insightful conversation with representatives from Altria, Cisco and Deloitte.

Attendees will gain familiarity with coach training options, develop understanding of the certification process(es). Participants in this event will gain an understanding of coaching framework/basics. An interactive exercise in small groups will allow participants to practice and gain personal experience with select coaching techniques. Participants will create their own SMART Goal for next steps to develop coaching skills.

This summer, we are setting aside time to pause, reflect on what we have learned this year, and prepare to move forward for the 21-22 academic year. We have selected a sampling of this past year’s programming ‘best in show’ events that helped us in navigating our new post pandemic marketplace, new techniques to help students succeed, and how to practice self-care all under the framework of engaging in antiracist and equity practices. Join us in (re)watching these past events and then participating in a moderated group discussion.
